Details

All of our leather numeral patches are made to order. Starting with raw leather, we laser engrave your design, and finish the patches by hand. Patches are then heat-pressed onto your hat of choice!

Patchtown offers a variety of hats and caps. Choose from official Richardson™ 112 Trucker Caps, traditional, structured mesh-back trucker hat, unstructured, soft-style 100% cotton canvas ball caps, and woven knit beanies!

Your leather patch can match your troop numerals! Choose from traditional style (block) or new style (rounded) numerals. Option to add upper and lower captions.

Size of the leather patch will vary based on numerals and captions.

Production time

Custom items are made to order! Typical turnaround for hats or leather patches is 7-10 days.

We can try to bump you up a week or so when you ask, but we cannot guarantee that we will make your dates given current workloads. If you are in a critical situation, please make sure to email us with your requirements.

We do not guarantee any delivery dates, shipping times, or carrier delays. If you believe your order has been lost, substantially delayed, or need a status update, please send us an email.

Confirmed font choice and layout before production. They look great. Can’t beat dual caption with numerals for less than the price of regular numerals (3 numerals) through scout shop.

The patches look just like our older ones. Very happy with the look and quality.

The patches are exactly what I was looking for. They look great and seem to be good quality.

Troop 6.

Our Troop is a big troop and went through our first hundred of these in about 2 years. We just reordered and they came in perfectly and quickly. It's a nice distinctive patch and everyone appreciates not having to sew multiple numbers next to each other! It comes with an iron on back, but we recommend sewing it on anyway so I cannot speak to the durability of the iron on aspect.

Timely, and exactly what I was looking for. Thank you Patchtown, and thank you for taking the time to send me proof images, so I could see what I would be getting before I placed my order.
