All products are non-refundable after 14 days of the purchase date.
Off the shelf (stock) items are refundable when returned in unused condition with a copy
of the original receipt within 14 days of your purchase.

Custom products are non-refundable.
Changes to a custom patch order can only be made up to 48 hours of ordering.
These are made-to-order products.  If you are dissatisfied with your product we 
will work with you to correct any errors of our doing within reason.
We do not offer refunds on custom products (patches, t-shirts, flags, appliques, etc.)  If there is an error on
our part we will remake the product fixing the error.


Important: We do not re-ship orders after 30 days if you have not received your package in 7-10 days

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING CUSTOM PATCHES:
Patchtown reserves the right to reuse/resell any image submitted or created unless we have been notified prior to ordering and making it.

This is how we keep your minimums low, if you do not wish us to reuse your image for resale later on our website or to other troops please notify us via email prior to placing any order.

Items not available for resale or reuse by us are "exclusive" to you and will have a 50 piece minimum.
