Email is the quickest way to get in touch! We are a small family team and spend most of our time on patches, which means we cannot always answer the phone. We do however keep a close eye on our email and will always do our best to respond to all email inquiries within a couple of business days.

How long will my order take?
Ready-to-ship patches usually ship in 1-3 business days via USPS First Class Mail with tracking service, which is generally estimated for delivery within the continental US in 4-7 days. You will receive a delivery estimate based on your location at checkout, but we do not guarantee carrier times.
All custom made-to-order embroidered patches may take up to 21-30 days to ship.
Other custom items, like patrol flags or engraved leather patches usually ship within a week, but can sometimes a little longer.

How do I re-order?
Due to the nature of our customizable patches, we don't offer a "reorder" feature at this time. We're sorry for the inconvenience!
Upon logging in to your customer account, you will find the order history associated with your email address. Each order should give the details of any patches you've ordered in the past.
Please feel free to email us if you need help locating information about a previous order or have questions about creating a new one.
To place another order, simply select the same product as before, and checkout as normal. If you're reordering a custom patch, we ask that you enter all the details for your patches just as before. You can write the "Reorder" with your previous order number in the Special Instructions box if you like, and we'll be sure to reference your previous patches when making your new ones.
We cannot create a "reorder" on our end either - if you have your previous order information, the fastest and easier way to place your reorder is to follow the steps above to create a new order.
Can you help me find information from my previous order?
Yes, we can! If you have ordered with us before, you may notice that we have moved to a new website. While we've done our best to ensure all the information about your previous orders has moved with us, we know that there may be some growing pains.
For help looking up information about your previous order, please either the order number, name, email address, phone number, or shipping address associated with the order. One of these key pieces of information will help us locate the order quickly.
Where's my order history?
We've done our best to ensure that order history has transferred to our new site, but we know the system isn't perfect.
To access your order history, please log-in or create a "new" account using the same email address previously used on Patchtown.com. Once you logged in, you will see previous orders associated with that email address.
