If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange, but, sorry, custom orders are non-refundable.
All products are non-refundable after 30 days of the purchase date.
Off the shelf (stock) items are refundable when returned in unused condition with a copy of the original receipt. Call (888)540-8848 or write to info@patchtown.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number. RA Number must be plainly visible on return envelope. Packages without an RA number will be refused. Refunds will be a company check for merchandise dollar amount written to the original purchaser within 3 weeks of receipt of returned merchandise.
