How do I order a flag?
To order a flag:
First select the patch design you want, you can view an image of all patches on our patrol patch page.
Click on the patch you like then scroll down on the patch page and you should see a flag with the same name at the bottom of the page. To purchase that flag just click on the image of the flag.
Now just follow the directions on how you want the flag to look then add to cart.
If you also want patches either the same or different from your flag, select "continue shopping" and select the other products you want and also click add to cart when you have made your selections.
If you already know the name of the flag you want you can type it in our search or find it on the "flag" page.

Can I return patches, etc.?
If you order in error and want to return your patches
we will allow you to do so up to 7days after your purchase as an exchange only.
We do not allow returns of any product other then for that reason or an error made by us.
Our products are hand made by us these are not store bought products we hope you understand.
Custom products, flags,custom patches,etc. are non-refundable under any circumstance other then our error this is a case by case basis.

How do I order a patch?
On our home page, select "patrol patches". Find your image by scrolling our 600+ designs, or if you know the name of the patch you're looking for type it in our search. You can also try "keywords" like eagle, fish, blue, etc.
When you have found your image, select it and click add to cart. If you need assistance call (888)540-8848.
Stock patches ship within 48 hours.
Dont see an image you like?
Go to custom page and submit an original image for a quote on a custom patch.

How do I order a custom patch or flag?
Go to our "custom" page located on our home page fill out your contact information.
If you have a graphic tht shows what you want, you can upload it to us.
We will contact you when we have received your request.

Note: Doing embroidery is like drawing a picture with a crayon! You can do it and you can do it well...you may not be able to do it well and really small!! Please remember that a patrol patch is 2" in diameter, which means your image is only 1.5" or so.
Send us your design ideas and we will look them over and provide guidance/opinions on the best way to proceed.

How long does shipping take?
Our off-the-shelf stock patches those on our website:
2 to 5 days is the normal USPS First Class Mail shipping time.
Custom patches usually will ship within 21-30 days.
Rush shipping is available for an additional fee.

What is the size of the flags?
The custom patrol flags are 12" X 18"-$25.95(standard) and 2'x3'-$55.00(new)
Image and text on flag can be printed horizontally (for a flag pole) or vertically (for hanging down a wall or from a rope). Price includes a line of text arched above the image of the patch, and a line of text arched below the image.
The image and lettering are a high quality permanent print on one side of the 100% polyester flag.
Flag comes with grommets for attaching to a flagpole.
Flags material is only available in white at this time.

Can I make my patch design "exclusive" (no other Troop can buy it)?
All patch designs are made available to other customers unless you request "exclusive".
Adding personal touches like words, numbers, etc to a custom patch makes it exclusive.

How do I cancel an order?
Call (931)626-9412 and our long arm will reach out as far as we can to try to prevent your order from shipping.
We do ship pretty quickly, so your order may already be at the Post Office!!

My custom designs/Reselling images
Patchtown reserves the right to resell any image submitted this is how we keep our minimums to a small level.
If you do not want your image resold please let us know when placing your order.
We do not reproduce ANY licensed/Copyrighted images knowingly.

Can I make a color change to an existing patch?
This option is available on a case by case basis
generally speaking minimum qty15-$3.90each for a color change.
